We Prepare Your Order
Our florists start working on your arrangement the morning of delivery. We select the freshest stems and arrange them based on your specifications or our design recommendations.
Delivery Happens
Our drivers deliver during your selected time window. They hand the bouquet directly to the recipient when possible. You'll get a confirmation text once delivery is complete.
Follow Up (If Needed)
Something not quite right? Contact us within 24 hours and we'll fix it. This could mean a replacement delivery or a credit toward your next order, depending on what makes sense.
